Duo Multi-Factor Authentication

Two-factor authentication provides a second layer of security to any type of login, requiring extra information or a physical device to log in, in addition to your password. By requiring two different channels of authentication, we can protect user logins from remote attacks that may exploit stolen usernames and passwords.

State Authorization and Professional Licensure Compliance

State Authorization compliance applies to USD's authorization for students to participate in online courses as well as learning placements and other opportunities taking place off-campus/outside South Dakota. Physical presence is where the student is located while taking part in that activity.
