Migrate Content from myUSD Portal

Overview

The myUSD Portal will be retired during Spring Break 2027. Departments, offices, and organizations that maintain content in myUSD should begin planning their transition to supported university platforms.

Use this service to request assistance with reviewing and migrating your department's myUSD Portal content. ITS will work with you to identify content that should be moved, updated, archived, or retired and recommend the most appropriate destination, such as Coyote One Stop, SharePoint, Teams, or another approved university platform.

Submitting a request starts the migration planning process and helps ensure your content remains available after the portal is retired.
