Migrate Content from myUSD Portal

Overview

The myUSD Portal is scheduled for retirement during Spring Break 2027. Campus departments, offices, and organizations that still maintain content in myUSD should begin planning their transition to supported university platforms. Most content is being moved to Coyote One Stop, SharePoint/Teams, or other approved enterprise systems.

Use this service to request assistance identifying, reviewing, and migrating your area's myUSD Portal content. After you submit a request, ITS will contact you to schedule a consultation and develop a migration plan for your department. The consultation will help determine what content should be moved, updated, archived, or retired and identify the most appropriate destination platform.

Benefits
  • Ensure your department is prepared for the retirement of the myUSD Portal.
  • Reduce the risk of losing access to important information, documents, forms, and resources when the portal is retired.
  • Move content to modern, supported platforms such as Coyote One Stop, SharePoint, or Teams.
  • Improve discoverability for students, faculty, and staff by consolidating resources in appropriate locations.
  • Receive guidance from ITS on migration options and best practices.
