Overview
The myUSD Portal is a legacy university platform that is being retired during Spring Break 2027. Many resources and services previously available through myUSD have already been migrated or are in the process of moving to Coyote One Stop, SharePoint, and other supported university systems.
Coyote One Stop is the university's primary destination for student, faculty, and staff resources, including knowledge articles, service information, Quick Links, and campus support resources. Users are encouraged to begin using Coyote One Stop as their primary starting point and update any saved bookmarks that reference myUSD.
What You Should Do Now
- Begin using Coyote One Stop as your primary portal for university information and services.
- Update bookmarks that point to myUSD pages.
- Avoid directing others to myUSD when a Coyote One Stop resource is available.
- Review departmental content and identify information that should be migrated, updated, archived, or retired before Spring 2027.
