When you find a duplicate record in Slate, submit a Record Change Request, click Merge, and provide the URLs for both records.

To resolve the issue of a missing school in Slate, email epc@usd.edu with the school's details.

To view a transcript outside of the decision review process in Slate, search for the applicant, select the application tab, click "Read Application," choose "USD Application Review Workflow," click "Read," and then click "Official Transcripts"
