We are constantly adding new Services and updating our Service Catalog. We encourage the community to submit Service ideas and changes.

Guidance services on how to leverage technologies and select technology solutions, including those in the cloud.

ITS Maintenance

Information Technology Services (ITS) has established standardized maintenance windows for repairs, installations, upgrades, testing, patches, and other processes and procedures which may cause limited or no access to IT system resources.

Project Request (ITS)

How to request ITS assistance in implementing technology. All technology purchases are approved by USD's Information Technology Services. Whether a project is needed or not, can be clarified before the request is opened.

Report an Incident

Submit a ticket to ITS to get something technology-related fixed that is not working right.

Request Knowledge Article

How to request information be added to the Knowledge Base/Coyote One Stop. This is a request to add any Knowledge to all of Coyote One Stop, not only Technology.

Ask ITS a general question related to technology services provided at USD. Request new software or hardware installation.

Opt-out request for ITS customer satisfaction surveys on incidents and service requests.
