I cannot log in to my email
I need my shared email in Outlook online
How to connect to a shared mailbox from Outlook on the Web
If I reply to an email from a shared account online, I need it to go to that email account's Sent Items
Environment
- mail.usd.edu
- Outlook on the Web
- Office 365
- Exchange Online
Cause
User needs to view shared mailbox with access to Outlook
Resolution
- Log into mail.usd.edu with your USD Credentials
- Click the round icon in the upper right hand corner of the browser window
Note: This is usually your initials
- Click Open Another Mailbox...
- Type the name of the mailbox you have access to
- Click Open
- A new window with the shared mailbox should now be opened
