These people need access to a shared mailbox
I lost my access to a shared mailbox
I need access to my department email
I no longer need access to these shared mailboxes
Remove my access to the shared email account
Add someone to Department Inbox

Resolution
Note: You cannot request access for yourself
Note: If you already have access to the Shared Mailbox you can view the mailbox by following these instructions
Note: If you want to view the mailbox in a web browser see Viewing Shared Mailbox in Outlook Online
- Please contact the Service Desk with the following information:
- The name of the shared mailbox
- The name of the employee(s)
- What level of access they should have
- Full Access
- Send As access
- Send on Behalf of access
