If I reply to an email from a shared account online, I need it to go to that email account's Sent Items

Cause

User needs to view shared mailbox with access to Outlook

Resolution

  1. Log into https://outlook.office.com/ with your USD Credentials
  2. Click the round icon in the upper right hand corner of the browser window
    Note: This is usually your initials
  3. Click Open Another Mailbox...
  4. Type the name of the mailbox you have access to 
  5. Click Open
  6. A new window with the shared mailbox should now be opened
