Cannot Log Into Self-Service Registration

I am unable to log in to Self-Service

I cannot log-in to the Registration Self Service portal to register for classes

Error: System is configured for external authentication and identity assertion is null

Error: com.ellucian.sso.exception.ApplicationException: UDC Id not available
