Error: Security error. Login not successful. Please contact your System Administrator.

Resolution

1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
   Note: It is important that you open a Service Desk ticket because this error needs to be fixed and can cause other issues
   1. USD Student Email Address
   2. USD Student ID
   3. Additionally, contact your Advisor to have them register you while the issue is being fixed
      Note: If you are a first-time student, please contact your Admissions Counselor
