How to start the DDN equipment in a classroom for use with a video conference

Cause

Video conferencing equipment needs to be turned on for a class that is taught over DDN

Resolution

  1. Tap the screen on the Crestron touch panel in the room to activate
  2. Tap the Video Conference button
  3. The projector screen will come down and projector will turn on - wait for the progress bar on the Crestron touch panel to finish
  4. Unmute the microphone by pressing the Mic Mute button
  5. Press the Camera 1 button for the audience camera to be active - press Camera 2 for the instructor camera to be active
  6. Use camera control buttons to pan/tilt/zoom cameras as needed
