How do I connect to zoom in a web conference enabled room?

How do I connect to WebEx in a Lee Med conference room?

  • web conference enabled classroom or conference room

Resolution

Note: Some Smart Classrooms and conference rooms have web conferencing capability. For connecting to web conferences in other rooms, follow Setting up Web Conferencing in Conference Rooms or Classrooms

  1. Sign into the room computer with your USD credentials
  2. Start the room equipment by tapping the touch panel, or opening the xPanel on the room computer
  3. If using a laptop, connect HDMI and USB cable to laptop
    Note: Control camera through the touch panel or XPanel
  4. Connect to the web meeting through the room computer, room laptop, or other laptop
