How do I Join a Zoom meeting?

Environment

  • Zoom

Resolution

  1. Click on the Zoom link or Meeting invitation sent by your host 
    Note: For self-paced training, follow Using Zoom Outside of D2L
  2. If prompted for a login 
    1. Click SSO login 
    2. enter your USD email address and password
  3. Click Set Up your Camera and Microphone
    Note: Your browser may require you to give permission for Zoom to access your computer's microphone and camera

Note: If you are joining a meeting with a recording currently in progress you will be prompted to consent to be recorded. You may choose to Continue or to Leave Meeting.  You will also receive this prompt any time a recording is started.
