Cannot access a Webex meeting

How do I add the Webex Icon to Outlook?

Error: Can't Reach This Page

Environment

  • WebEx
  • Outlook

Cause

WebEx needs to be installed.  Faculty/Staff that have a Cisco VoIP phone.  A Webex license is included with your Cisco VoIP phone.

Resolution

  1. Go to usd.webex.com
  2. Click Sign (upper right corner)
  3. Enter your USD email address
    • Students with Webex access may need to use their username@usd.edu instead of @coyotes.usd.edu
  4. Click Next
  5. If prompted, enter your USD credentials Click Sign In
    Note: At this point you can install the application if you want by clicking Download in the Blue Box to the right of the screen
  6. You can now
    1. Start a Meeting
    2. Schedule a Meeting 
    3. Personal Room - Have someone Join by providing the Web address shown on the page
