1. Resolving classroom technology issues
   • Sound
     • Sound in classroom not working 
     • Classroom microphone is not working 
   • Touch Panel
     • XPanel and Touch Panel do not Respond
     • Reporting Incorrect Time Showing on Touch Panel
   • Projector
     • Reporting Issue with Classroom Projector Image Quality
     • Reporting Projector Screen Will Not Raise Up or Down
     • If projected image from room PC is flashing tap Doc Cam and then tap Room PC
     • Projector, TV, or SMART Display Will not Show Image, Power On or Off
   • Other
     • SMARTBoard Touch Function is not Working
     • Reporting Keyboard in The Classroom is Not Working
     • Equipment is Missing in Classroom
     • Requesting Software Installation on Classroom or Lab Computers
