XPanel and Touch Panel do not Respond

Issue/Question

The Crestron XPanel and Touch Panel say touch the screen to begin but nothing happens upon touching the screen

The XPanel says it cannot connect

The Touch Panel is blank and does not come on

Error: Hm... can't reach this page

Environment

Smart Classroom
Crestron XPanel or Touch Panel
QSC Touch Panel

Cause

The Touch Panel and XPanel cannot communicate over the network with the Crestron Digital Media Presentation System (DMPS) or Cisco switch

Resolution

Please contact the Service Desk with the building and room number you are having an issue in for assistance.
