Projector, TV, or SMART Display Will not Show Image, Power On or Off

Issue/Question

The projector will not power on, will not power off or doesn't display an image.

The smart panel turns on, as does the computer screen, but no image shoots from the projector to the screen.

Environment

• Smart Classroom
• Conference room
• XPanel

Resolution

1. Check to see if the light on the projector is green
   1. If not, turn off the system via XPanel
   2. wait 2 minutes and restart the system
2. If the projector light is green and still not working
   1. check to see if the display is muted in XPanel
3. ​​​​​​If the projector is not muted, check to see if the proper input source is selected on xPanel or via the manual switch (if present)
4. SMART display that does not have a Crestron touch panel or XPanel, try using the power button on the SMART display to turn the TV off or try changing batteries in the remote
