Copier Not Working Properly on Vermillion Campus

The copier is not printing properly

Follow up on service call for your Toshiba copier

Multifunction copier is not making copies

Our copier is not receiving faxes after switch to Pharos

Toshiba copier has message "Periodic Maintenance Needed". Touchscreen is occasionally not functioning, but will work after restarting the machine.

 Printer/copy/fax machine, will not send faxes and will receive the error TX failure notice.

 I go to the home screen and the yellow “i is flashing. I click on the i and it wants be to select the paper feed. I do this and push the button to print and nothing happens. 

Our Copier/printer/fax needs service. We are unable to receive fax.

Note: If copier is asking to select the paper feed see Cannot Clear Print Queue on Toshiba Copier

  1. Restart Copier
  2. Call A&B at 605-275-8605
  3. Note: Make sure to have the machine ID or serial number
  4. After the service call, you can fill out the survey from A&B
