Password Reset USD Account

How do I reset my password?

I forgot my password

I want to change my password.

• USD Account
• Password Self-Service
• email

Don't know your password

1. Browse to RapidIdentity
2. Enter your USD username or email address
3. Click Go
4. Click Forgot Password?
   Note: If no alternate email or phone number is on file the Forgot Password? link will not be available
   If you can log into Experience Portal you can add Adding Personal Email to Self Service or you will need to contact the Service Desk for assistance
   Note: if username is typed incorrect or with a space the Forgot Password? link will not be available,  Use Finding My USD Username
5. A one time code will be sent To:
   • email address associated with account, if there is one on file
   • If no email, text message will be sent to the mobile phone number on file
6. Enter the code and click Go
   Note: If you don't receive the code, click Try another method
7. Set new password
   Note: You cannot reuse your last 10 passwords
8. Click the eye icon  to view your password and verify passwords match
9. As you set your password each requirement you have met will change from red to green
   

Know your password

1. Log into RapidIdentity
2. In the upper right corner click  Your Name 
3. Click Change Password
   Note: You cannot reuse your last 10 passwords
4. Enter Current Password, New Password & Confirm new password
   Note: Click the to verify passwords match
5. Click Save
