Incidents are prioritized based on Impact (how many people affected) and Urgency (how your work is impacted). then assigned a target completion date:

ITS will make every effort to resolve the incident within these target completion dates:

• Get connected with professionals who are trained to assist with technology
• Enables expedited resolution of your problem by providing information to assign your problem to the correct technician.
