Room's Ethernet Port Not Working

Issue/Question

I need a network ethernet port opened

We need to get a port activated for an IP phone

New network ports were installed but are not working

Please verify that these data outlets work in these rooms

Network drops installed but are not working

Cause

Network port is not activated

Network port is not a powered port

Resolution
