Error: IP address cannot be found

Error: Unable to obtain IP Address 

Error: 501: Implementation failed

Resolution

  1. Try a different ethernet cable
  2. Restart your device 
  3. Try another port in the room
  4. Please contact the Service Desk with the following details
    1. Building
    2. Room number
    3. device type 
    4. Wired Media Access Control (MAC) Address of the device

    5. error message
