One of the concession registers has a pending transaction that will not clear or go away, how can we remove it?

  1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
    1. 2-digit POS Number located in the lower right corner of the base
    2. Location of POS, Building and room number
    3. Description of the issue
      • Please include an error message shown 
    4. Primary contact with preferred contact method
