Export Contacts

  1. Click File
  2. Click Open & Export
  3. Click Import/Export
  4. Select Export to a file
  5. Click Next
  6. Select Comma Separated Values
  7. Click Next
  8.  Select the desired folder under Contacts
  9. Click Next
  10. Enter a name for the file under Save exported file as:
  11. Click Next
  12. Click Finish

Import Contacts

  1. Click File
  2. Click Open & Export
  3. Click Import/Export
  4. Select Import from another program or file
  5. Click Next
  6. Select Comma Separated Values
  7. Click Next
  8. Enter a name for the file under File to import:
  9. Select desired option for handling duplicates under Options
  10. Click Next
  11. Select the destination folder
  12. Click Next
  13. Click Finish
