Reactivating Duo on New iOS Phone or Device

Issue/Question

I replaced my iPhone and I need to use Duo

I can't read my email because I got a new iPhone

I can't get to the online bookstore because I have a new iPhone

Environment

  • iOS
  • Duo
  • Apple

Resolution

  1. If you backed up Duo account on your old phone, follow the guide for Recovering Duo Protected Accounts for iOS
    Note: The device must have been set up with a phone number as texting is required for this to work properly
  2. If you need further assistance please contact the Service Desk and provide the following information
    1. Email address
    2. Phone number associated with Duo

Note: To set up email download the Microsoft Outlook App
