I replaced my iPhone and I need to use Duo
I can't read my email because I got a new iPhone
I can't get to the online bookstore because I have a new iPhone

Resolution
- If you backed up Duo account on your old phone, follow the guide for Recovering Duo Protected Accounts for iOS
Note: The device must have been set up with a phone number as texting is required for this to work properly
- If you need further assistance please contact the Service Desk and provide the following information
- Email address
- Phone number associated with Duo
