Reactivating Duo on New Android Phone or Device

Issue/Question

I replaced my phone and I need to use Duo

I can't read my email because I got a new phone

I can't get to the online bookstore because I have a new phone

Resolution

  1. Follow the guide from Duo for Recovering Duo Protected Accounts for Android
    Note: The device must have been set up with a phone number as texting is required for this to work properly
  2. If you need further assistance please contact the Service Desk and provide the following information
    1. Email address
    2. Phone number associated with Duo

Note: To set up email download the Microsoft Outlook App
