Unable to Access Registration Self-Service

Issue/Question

When I click on the Registration Self Service red button in the Portal and enter my username and password, I get an error message

I cannot register for courses

Error: You are unauthorized to register

Environment

• Banner Student
• Registration Self-Service

Cause

This error is displayed when an accepted applicant, who has not yet been moved to "Student Accepted" status attempts to register in the Self Service Registration area

Resolution

1. Please contact the Admissions office of Undergraduate, Graduate, Law, or Med to determine the status of your Admissions Application
