Resolution

Note: Make sure your phone firmware is updated when Outlook app is installed

1. Perform a Microsoft Office Repair
2. Uninstall Office and install Office 365
3. Follow Recreating Outlook profile
4. Follow Adding or Deleting a Shared Calendar in Outlook
5. Download and run Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant
