Resolving OneDrive Syncing Issues

My OneDrive has a red x on it. Are my documents not syncing?

Cause

Sync issues

Resolution

  1. Click the OneDrive icon in the lower right of your screen
  2. Click the banner that says There is a sync issue in OneDrive
  3. Click the file that is listed
  4. Choose the resolution options that you wish to use
