Uninstalling a Windows Program

Issue/Question

• Removing an unwanted program from my computer

Environment

• Windows 

Resolution

1. Click  
2. Click  Settings
3. Click  Apps
4. Click Apps & features or Installed apps
5. Scroll down and click on next to the program you want to uninstall
6. Click Uninstall
7. Click Uninstall again
8. Follow the prompts
9. If the application is not listed under Installed apps, it can be uninstalled from Control Panel
10. Click 
11. Type Control Panel
12. Click Control Panel
13. Click Uninstall a program
14. Click the program you want to uninstall
15. Click Uninstall
16. Follow the prompts
17. Restart system if needed
