Files Won't Open in OneDrive

Files are not opening from Microsoft OneDrive

There is a red X next to the One Drive icon and some of the files

I am locked out of one drive

Error: 404 not found

Error: Can't open this file. Make sure OneDrive - The University of South Dakota is running on your PC, then try again.

Resolution

1. Restart the computer, check to see if files are accessible
2. Sign out of OneDrive and sign back in, check to see if files are accessible
