How do I scan on Multifunction Copier
Environment

- Sharpe
Resolution
- Scan Coyote Card through the card reader
Note: If you don't have your card you can manually enter your USD username and password
Note: You must have coyote cash balance, print balance or department cost center assigned to continue
- Press Scan
- Select personal or department account
- Select
- Scan to email
Note: if scanning multiple pages you can adjust the DPI settings for smaller file size
- Then you can update the file name or subject location
- Select change setting if you need to choose between color or black and white
- Scan to OneDrive
Note: If this is your first time using scan to OneDrive you will get an email to authorize this feature. Check your email and click Log in to OneDrive for Business
- Then you can update the file name or subject location

- Files are saved to OneDrive
- OneDrive Online: My Files\Apps\Scans for PaperCut MF
- On your device: Apps\Scans for PaperCut MF
- An email is sent with Subject We've sent your scan "filename" to OneDrive for Business
- This email also has a button Go ro your scan! if clicks save the file to your downloads folder
- Load the original document into the multifunction copier by:
- Inserting the paper into the tray located on the top of the multifunction copier face up
- If the original document cannot be loaded into the loading tray, place the document face down on the scanner glass
- Click Start
