Resolution

  1. Scan Coyote Card through the card reader
    Note: If you don't have your card you can manually enter your USD username and password
    Note: You must have coyote cash balance, print balance or department cost center assigned to continue
  2. Select Access Device
  3. Select personal or department account
  4. Select Access Device
  5. Click Easy Scan to
    • Send to multiple email addresses
      1. Type email address in the Address field
      2. Click Ok
      3. Click  ​​​​​​to add more
      4. Click B/W Start or Color Start
    • Scan to USB
      1. Select Scan to USB/Local Drive
      2. Select Scan to USB
