Unable to Connect to Shared Drive on Laptop

Issue/Question

I have not been able to connect to the shared drive across campus on my HP Elitebook laptop 

Need help with connecting to a shared drive

I cannot access the shared drive today

Environment

  • Windows 10
  • Network drive

Resolution

Note: If you are off campus be sure to connect using the Cisco VPN Client first

  1. Reboot computer 
  2. If still unable to connect to shared drive, please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
    1. Shared drive name
    2. Computer asset tag number (NInnnn)
