Resolution

Note: Computers registered on the USD network under students cannot access network drives

Note:  Windows computers need to be connected to the network via ehternet for network drive to automatically connect

1. Restart the computer
2. For Windows follow Map the network drive
3. For Mac follow Mapping a Network Drive in macOS
4. Please contact the Service Desk if you need further assistance, providing the following information
   1. Name
   2. Phone Number
   3. NI tag number of the computer
