I have not been able to connect to the shared drive across campus on my HP Elitebook laptop
Need help with connecting to a shared drive
I cannot access the shared drive today

Note: If you are off campus be sure to connect using the Cisco VPN Client first
- Reboot computer
- If still unable to connect to shared drive, please contact the Service Desk with the following information:
- Shared drive name
- Computer asset tag number (NInnnn)
