D2L IDs Starting with A00

Issue/Question

When I download the roster from D2L, the ID#s all start with A00 instead of 7

When grading Scantron exams, the Org Defined IDs for students are completely different and I cannot input the data

Environment

• D2L

Cause

The South Dakota Board of Regents (SDBOR) changed the ID numbers. As of April 8th, 2019, the previous Colleague ID will now be the Username.  This change is necessary for Regents Information Systems (RIS) to integrate Banner into D2L

Resolution

1. Select the Usernames to input Scantron data instead of the Org Defined ID
