Issue/Question

I am unable to connect to wi-fi

  • Eduroam
  • Mac OSX
  • Apple iOS
  • Microsoft Windows
  • Google Chromebooks

Resolution

  1. Connecting to eduroam
    Note:     You should be connecting to eduroam if you are USD student, faculty, or staff
  2. To connect wireless only gaming device see Connecting a Smart Device to the Wireless Network
  3. To connect wired gaming device or TV see Registering Gaming Systems, TVs, and other Smart Devices to Wired Internet
  4. Connecting to SDVisitor
    Note:     SDVisitor is a limited access wireless network designed for non-USD affiliated individuals
  5. If still having Problems connecting to Wifi click the Report Wireless Issue button on this page
    Note: This button will only be visible if you are signed in
