Environment
- Cisco Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) phone
- Voicemail
Resolution
Note: If the PIN has been changed from the default and is for a main department line, contact the Service Desk for a manual PIN reset
Note: For main department lines, follow Access Voicemail for Phones Migrated to Webex Calling
- On the web
Note: Try this first if you are locked out of your voicemail from your phone
- Sign in to the Webex web portal
- Click Settings
- Click Calling
- Click Voicemail
- Click Reset voicemail PIN
- Follow the instructions on screen to change your pin
- On the phone
- Follow Access Voicemail for Phones Migrated to Webex Calling
