Note: Please involve ITS before you submit a Project Request (PER), the University may already have a readily available solution
Note: ITS should be included in any demos you have

1. Download the attached ITS Project Request Form 2023 
2. Email the completed Project Request Form to the Service Desk 
   Note:  This request must be emailed from the email account of the Vice President of the requesting area
   
   
   
   
3. Once approved, all technology purchases are to be made through SDezBuy regardless of cost, see Purchasing Guidelines Item XXII.5. Purchasing of Exempt Items
   Note: yearly fees may apply for the maintenance and support of new applications
