Does ITS charge to host, maintain or administer software?
Answer
Yes, each application that requires maintenance, e.g. authentication, integration, etc., has an annual fee. This fee helps cover the cost of consulting, implementing and maintaining any integrations, and also the ongoing security monitoring and preventative maintenance to protect the application and university data.
FY24 application maintenance fee is $567.17
