Overview
Zoom is the recommended web conferencing technology available for use at USD.
Zoom Meetings are available for use within D2L and as standalone conferencing solutions. Zoom allows you to have online meetings with anyone who has an internet connection. You can connect to a meeting in progress, start a new meeting or schedule a future meeting. To log in, click the Access Zoom button on this page.

CTL Training Materials
Zoom Webinars are for large audiences or events that are open to the public. A typical webinar has one or a few people speaking to an audience and attendees usually do not interact with one another. USD has one Zoom Webinar license available. Pricing is shown below. To make a request, click the Request Zoom Webinar button on the top right of this page.
Note: A webinar license can also be purchased for an individual's Zoom account.

Available To
Zoom is available for USD Faculty, Students and Staff.
Note: When using a Student Basic account, if the meeting exceeds 2 attendees there is a 40-minute time limit. If using a faculty or licensed account the maximum number of meeting attendees is 300 with no time limit.
Cost
There is currently no cost to use the Zoom Meeting service.
Zoom Webinar cost is $144 for one-time setup per event and $25 per month for recurring events
