Cannot access files within Teams

Error: coyotesusd-my.sharepoint.com's server IP address could not be found

Error: We can't connect to Microsoft 365. Check your internet connection and try again.

Error: There was a problem reaching this app.

Error: The specified list is invalid. The specified list might have been deleted or you might not have permissions to view it. Contact the site owner for more information.

• Web Browser
• Sharepoint

Cause

Multiple Causes

Resolution

1. Log out of Teams and log back in
   1. Click on the circle (with your initials or photo) in the top right corner of the teams window
   2. Click Sign out
   3. Click Sign out again
   4. Select your account under Pick an account to continue
2. If connected to the VPN, disconnect and try again
   Note: Some Microsoft Teams features may not be fully functional through the VPN
3. If the steps above do not work, Uninstall and Reinstall Teams
