Cannot access files within Teams

Resolution
Note: Currently, BluePeak Internet has CGNAT enabled, which may cause issues with Microsoft Teams connectivity. If these steps do not resolve your issue, contact your Internet Service Provider to find out if they are using CGNAT, and if so, request to have it disabled for your account
- Log out of Teams and log back in
- Click on the circle (with your initials or photo) in the top right corner of the teams window
- Click Sign out
- Click Sign out again
- Select your account under Pick an account to continue
- If connected to the VPN, disconnect and try again
Note: Some Microsoft Teams features may not be fully functional through the VPN
- If the steps above do not work, Uninstall and Reinstall Teams
