Outlook Crashing On Opening - macOS

Issue/Question

I click the icon to open Outlook, it begins to open and immediately shuts down and says Microsoft Error Reporting There was a problem with Microsoft Outlook…Restart Microsoft Outlook…I click OK and it does the same thing again.

Resolution

Install macOS updates

1. Follow Update macOS on Mac 

Uninstall and Reinstall Outlook

1. Press shift+command+a keys to open Applications folder
2. Right click Microsoft Outlook
3. Select Move to Trash
4. Download Microsoft Outlook
5. Open downloaded file
6. Follow prompts
7. Open Outlook
