Working with a Building Block in Word

Question

Where can I access the Building Block tool in Word?

Answer

Move your cursor to where you would like to insert the Quick Part.

  1. Click the drop down arrow next to the Quick Parts command
  2. You should notice the building block(s) you made appear
  3. Click on the icon representing the building block
