Word Art

Question

How do I insert Word Art?

Answer

Microsoft Word allows you to use WordArt to create a Headline.

  1. Either click your mouse where you would like the WordArt to appear, or highlight existing text that you would like to make into WordArt.
  2. On the Insert bar, in the Text group, click on WordArt.
  3. The WordArt option will expand, showing different WordArt styles to choose from. Click on whichever one you want.
  4. When you click on the style, some text will automatically appear. You can edit the text to say whatever you wish.
  5. The contextual Drawing Tools tab will appear on the ribbon when your WordArt is selected. You can use these commands to format the Word Art.
