Accessibility Checker in Word

Question

How do I run an accessibility check on a Word document?

Answer

It is recommended that you do accessibility checks on all documents that are being used. When completing accessibility checks, you must do the following:

  1. Select file on the navigation toolbar
  2. In the Info tab, click Check for Issues
  3. Click Check Accessibility
  4. You will now see all inspection results located on the right side of your Word document
