Schedule a meeting in Teams

Question

How do I schedule a meeting in Microsoft Teams?

Answer

  1. Open Microsoft Teams
  2. Click the Calendar icon 
  3. Click New meeting located in the top, right hand corner        
  4. Give the meeting a title
  5. Input your Start time, End time, and Details
  6. If you want the meeting attach to a channel then Select a channel to meet in
  7. Invite people to this meeting by typing in their name.
    1. Note: If you are attaching this meeting to a channel, then only members of that team can be added to that channel.
  8. Click Save
